Canada Post strike

Due to the Canada Post strike, delivery of printed items, including member statements, will be delayed. ACU members are responsible to continue making on-time scheduled payments, including loans, credit cards and mortgages.

With digital banking (online and through the app), you can get your member statements and your account and loan information. Learn more about eStatements

Sign up for direct deposit  

Adding government payments like pension benefits, child tax credits, tax refunds and other payments is easy. Choose “CRA Direct Deposit” from the menu in your digital banking account (online and in the app) to register.  

We also encourage you to register for direct deposit of all your sources of regular income.
